Adetoyese is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He has over the past ten (10) years acquired extensive and diversified client services experience in Auditing (both internal and external), Administration and Accounting, which cuts across Trading, Manufacturing, Media, Telecommunication, Financial Services, Non-Governmental Organisation and Petroleum Industries. He has been particularly experienced in Consumer Business and Industrial group Auditing, Accounting and Taxation where he has been able to leverage on his background as a trained Chartered Accountant with Olaniyi Titiloye and co. and Saka Ayorinde and Co.
He is self motivated, technology driven and has ability to multi task effectively. He has been involved in: Process Reviews and Restructuring, Assessment and Evaluation of Internal Controls, Financial Statements Review and Analysis, IFRS Training and Implementation Services, IFRS Accounting and Advisory, Assessment and Documentation of Business Processes and Controls using enabling technology, Audit of Financial Statements involving detailed test of transactions, variance analysis, control testing, subsequent events review, and going concern considerations.
